Indy Crush 12U - Ohio
Indy Crush 12U (OH) Roberts is a competitive high B-level fastpitch softball team based in Eaton, Ohio, dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the field. Our mission is to help players grow their skills, build confidence, and prepare for the next level of competition through quality coaching and a positive team environment.
We are looking for committed athletes who have a strong work ethic, a positive and coachable attitude, and a passion for the game. Our players are challenged to improve their softball IQ by learning not just how to play, but why the game is played the way it is.

Head Coach Bethany Roberts
Bethany Roberts is the Head Coach of Indy Crush 12U (OH) and is passionate about developing confident, fundamentally sound athletes both on and off the field. Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Bethany has called Eaton, Ohio home for the past 12 years, where she and her husband are raising their three daughters.
A former A-level softball player with eight years of competitive experience as a pitcher and first baseman, Bethany brings a strong understanding of the game and a passion for teaching proper pitching, hitting mechanics, defensive fundamentals, and softball IQ.
Entering her sixth season of coaching, Bethany's experience includes leading an undefeated 12U GGSA team as head coach, as well as multiple seasons coaching 10U and 8U softball. She believes great coaches develop more than athletes—they build confidence, character, accountability, and a genuine love for the game.
Her goal is to create a competitive, positive environment where players are challenged to grow, encouraged to compete with confidence, and prepared for success at the next level.
